Uygulama topluluklar\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n her yerindedir. Toplulukla ba\u011flant\u0131m\u0131z i\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z yoluyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fi gibi mesle\u011fimiz veya bo\u015f zaman etkinliklerimiz de (kitap kul\u00fcb\u00fc gibi) bir toplulu\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 k\u0131lar. Wenger (2000) bir uygulama toplulu\u011funun ayn\u0131 ilgi alan\u0131na veya ayn\u0131 co\u011frafyaya ait topluluklardan farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve bu fark\u0131n ortak uygulamadan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eder. Xerox temsilcileri kahvalt\u0131 veya \u00f6\u011fle yemeklerinde tamir esnas\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 deneyimlerden bahsetmeye ve faydal\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri baz\u0131 ipu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 birbirleriyle payla\u015fmaya ba\u015flar. Olu\u015fturulan Eureka veri taban\u0131n\u0131n, \u015firkete 100 milyon ABD dolar\u0131 tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir. Google ve Apple gibi \u015firketler, uzman \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla uygulama topluluklar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"western\" lang=\"zxx\">4.6.2.5 Teknolojiler<\/h4>\n<p lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\">Wenger\u2019in (2014) de a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde i\u015faret etti\u011fi gibi teknoloji, uygulama topluluklar\u0131n\u0131 destekleyebilecek \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u00e7lar sunmaktad\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"para2\"><img class=\"frame0\" src=\"http:\/\/acikkitap.com.tr\/dijital\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2020\/09\/image0053.png\" alt=\"OEBPS\/images\/image0053.png\" width=\"913\" height=\"956\"><\/p>\n<p lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>\u015eekil 4.6.2 Uygulama topluluklar\u0131n\u0131 destekleyen ara\u00e7lar\nG\u00f6rsel: Wenger, 2014<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"zxx\">4.6.3 Etkili uygulama topluluklar\u0131 tasarlama<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\">\u00c7o\u011fu uygulama toplulu\u011funun formal bir tasar\u0131m\u0131 yoktur ve kendi kendine olu\u015fan sistemlerdir. Do\u011fal bir ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri vard\u0131r ve toplulu\u011fun gereksinimlerine cevap vermeyi b\u0131rak\u0131nca sona ererler. Bununla birlikte bug\u00fcn art\u0131k, uygulama topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n etkilili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan \u00f6nemli bir kuram ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma taban\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"zxx\">Wenger, McDermott ve Snyder (2002), \u00f6zellikle topluluk y\u00f6netimiyle ilgili, etkili ve kendine yetebilen uygulama topluluklar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in yedi temel tasar\u0131m ilkesi gerekti\u011fini belirmektedir ancak bir uygulama toplulu\u011funun nihai ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 topluluk \u00fcyelerinin kendi faaliyetleri taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecektir. Bir uygulama toplulu\u011funun tasar\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u015funlar\u0131 yapmas\u0131 gerekir:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"western\" lang=\"zxx\">4.6.3.1 Evrilme ve bireysel veya grup etkinliklerini te\u015fvik eden uygulama topluluklar\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olacakt\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, toplulukta yer alan bireyler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri
