Bu okullar, \u00f6\u011frencileri testlerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kat\u0131 bir sistemle s\u0131ral\u0131yordu. Hatta Yaln\u0131zca \u00d6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda de\u011fil ayn\u0131 kurum i\u00e7indeki fak\u00fclteler ve b\u00f6l\u00fcmler aras\u0131nda bile farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"zxx\">6.9.5 K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve yeni \u00f6\u011frenme ortamlar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\">Bir kurumdaki egemen k\u00fclt\u00fcrler o kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr ki de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi olduk\u00e7a zordur. \u00d6zellikle de tek bir bireyin, egemen bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr.
