Ekonomik olarak bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bilgi anlam\u0131nda avantaj elde eden \u015firketlerin ve sekt\u00f6rlerin rekabet avantajlar\u0131n\u0131n da artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor (OECD, 2013b). Esasen, bilgi i\u015f\u00e7ileri mezun olduklar\u0131nda hen\u00fcz sekt\u00f6rde olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetleri sunarak yeni i\u015f sahalar\u0131 yarat\u0131rlar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"zxx\">E\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise daha \u00f6nceleri el becerilerinin i\u00e7indeki bilgi bile\u015feninin giderek b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkinin mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7inde yer alan e\u011fitmenler ve \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00fczerinde olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. \u00d6zellikle de s\u0131hhi tesisat\u00e7\u0131, kaynak ustas\u0131, elektrik\u00e7i, araba tamircisi gibi \u2018esnafl\u0131k\u2019 yapan bireylerin, mesleklerinin gerektirdi\u011fi el becerilerine ek olarak bilgi teknolojisi (BT) konusunda bilgi sahibi, problem \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc serbest meslek uzmanlar\u0131 h\u00e2line gelmeleri gerekiyor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"zxx\">Yapay zek\u00e2 (YZ) i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc etkileyen ba\u015fka bir geli\u015fmedir. \u0130ster b\u00fcro isterse el i\u015fi olsun, rutin i\u015flerin yerini giderek otomasyon almaktad\u0131r. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015fin artan otomasyondan ve YZ uygulamalar\u0131ndan etkilenmesi muhtemel olsa da daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck e\u011fitim seviyesine sahip i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n en fazla etkilenmesi muhtemeldir.
