E\u011fitimde teknoloji, \u00e7o\u011funlukla d\u00fczenli s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretimi desteklemek amac\u0131yla veya az\u0131nl\u0131k say\u0131labilecek bir grup \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in veya \u00f6zel birimler b\u00fcnyesinde (genellikle s\u00fcrekli e\u011fitim veya tamamlama e\u011fitimi \u015feklinde) uzaktan e\u011fitim bi\u00e7iminde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Ancak son on ila on be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde, teknoloji, <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u00fcniversitelerin<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> bile temel \u00f6\u011fretim faaliyetlerini giderek daha \u00e7ok etkilemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Teknolojinin e\u011fitimin \u00e7evresinden e\u011fitimin merkezine olan yolculu\u011funu a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki e\u011filimlere bakarak daha iyi anlayabiliriz.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\">1.7.1. Tamamen \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Son y\u0131llarda<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> kredi tabanl\u0131 \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndaki (ve hatta bir noktaya kadar ilk ve orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndaki) bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn en temel ve merkezi faaliyeti olma yolunda h\u0131zla ilerlemektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Kuzey Amerika\u2019daki y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretim kay\u0131tlar\u0131 2002 ve 2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 10-20 oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir. Kamp\u00fcs tabanl\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretime yap\u0131lan kay\u0131tlar ise y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 2-3 civar\u0131nda artmaktad\u0131r (Allen ve Seaman, 2014).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><img class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-47\" src=\"http:\/\/acikkitap.com.tr\/dijital\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2020\/09\/image0014.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"454\"><\/p>\n<span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>\u015eekil 1.7.2 Allen ve Seaman, 2014<\/i><\/span><\/span>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">2014 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle, en az\u0131ndan bir \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i derse kay\u0131t yapt\u0131ran yakla\u015f\u0131k yedi milyon \u00f6\u011frenci bulunmaktad\u0131r; bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyonu Kaliforniya B\u00f6lge \u00dcniversiteleri Sistemi'ne kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r (Johnson ve Mejia, 2014). \u015eu anda ABD'de en az bir tam \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i kurs alan en az yedi milyon \u00f6\u011frenci var; <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> ABD'deki t\u00fcm lise sonras\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin neredeyse y\u00fczde 30'u; ve t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerin y\u00fczde 14'\u00fc <\/span><\/span><em class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\"><i> sadece <\/i><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> uzaktan e\u011fitim kursu al\u0131yor. Bu tamamen \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i kay\u0131tlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu (\u00fc\u00e7te ikisinden fazlas\u0131) ABD'deki kamu kurumlar\u0131nda (Obama d\u00f6nemi d\u00fczenlemesi nedeniyle 2012'den sonra b\u0131rak\u0131lan kar ama\u00e7l\u0131 kurumlardaki \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i kay\u0131tlar). Ayn\u0131 zamanda, ABD'de bir kamp\u00fcste okuyan \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131 2012 ve 2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyon (931,317) d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (Dijital \u00d6\u011frenme Pusulas\u0131, 2017).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Kanada'da durum biraz benzer. \u00c7o\u011fu Kanada orta\u00f6\u011fretim sonras\u0131 kurumu (y\u00fczde 83) 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda tamamen \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i kredili kurs sunmu\u015ftur. Kabaca t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerin y\u00fczde 17'si en az bir \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i kurs al\u0131yordu; \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i ders kay\u0131tlar\u0131, t\u00fcm kredi kursu kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde sekizini olu\u015fturan 1.3 milyonu buldu. Bu, yakla\u015f\u0131k 70 \u00fcniversite ve 150 devlet y\u00fcksekokuluna sahip bir sistemde 27.000 \u00f6\u011frenciden olu\u015fan d\u00f6rt ek \u00fcniversiteye ve 10.000 \u00f6\u011frenciden olu\u015fan be\u015f ek \u00fcniversiteye e\u015fde\u011ferdir. \u00c7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme, kurumsal liderler taraf\u0131ndan, kurumun gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm kurumlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinden fazlas\u0131nda \u00e7ok veya \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (Bates vd., 2018 )&lt;dilim&nbsp;125<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Tamamen \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme, bug\u00fcn, bir\u00e7ok okul ve y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurumunun anahtar bile\u015feni h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\">1.7.2. Harmanlanm\u0131\u015f ve karma \u00f6\u011frenme<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Daha \u00e7ok e\u011fitmen \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme ile ilgilendik\u00e7e, geleneksel olarak s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan bir\u00e7ok \u015feyin ayn\u0131 derecede veya daha iyi bir \u015fekilde \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i olarak da yap\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fc. (Bu, Tema<\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> 10, B\u00f6l\u00fcm 2<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\">'de daha fazla incelenecek bir temad\u0131r). Bu kapsamda ders notlar\u0131n\u0131n slayt veya PDF format\u0131nda depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme y\u00f6netim sistemleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131, ek okuma i\u00e7in dijital metinlere ba\u011flant\u0131lar verildi veya \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i tart\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131ld\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla asl\u0131nda, temel s\u0131n\u0131f-i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretim modelini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden, \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenmenin a\u015famal\u0131 olarak <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">y\u00fcz y\u00fcze \u00f6\u011fretimle harmanland\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> bir sistemden bahsediyoruz. Burada, \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme, geleneksel \u00f6\u011fretimi destekleyici olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu alanda belli bir standart veya ortak kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f tan\u0131mlar yoksa da teknolojinin bu \u015fekilde kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u2018harmanlanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011frenme\u2019 terimini kullanaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Son d\u00f6nemde, derslerin kaydedilebiliyor olmas\u0131yla e\u011fitmenler yeni bir \u015feyin fark\u0131na vard\u0131lar: Dersler kaydedildi\u011finde, \u00f6\u011frenciler ders kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 ders haricinde kendilerine uygun bir zamanda izleyebilecekler ve b\u00f6ylece ders saatleri s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7indeki daha etkile\u015fimli uygulamalar i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilecektir. Bu model, \u2018d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f s\u0131n\u0131f\u2019 olarak bilinmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">Daha da \u00f6nemlisi ancak yine de az\u0131nl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda olan bir hareket, d\u00fczenli s\u0131n\u0131f zaman\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ancak hepsinin de\u011fil \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i aktivitelerin yerini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 melez \u00f6\u011frenmeye ge\u00e7i\u015ftir. Bu bazen \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011fretim deneyiminin yeniden tasarlanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u015eimdi baz\u0131 kurumlar, e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretimin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 daha harmanlanm\u0131\u015f veya daha esnek y\u00f6ntemlere do\u011fru kayd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in planlar geli\u015ftirmektedir. 2017 Kanada anketindeki kurumlar\u0131n neredeyse \u00fc\u00e7te ikisinin ya \u00e7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme plan\u0131 vard\u0131 ya da bir tane geli\u015ftiriyordu ve y\u00fczde 30'lik bir kesim planlar\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak bir plana ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ottawa \u00dcniversitesi, be\u015f y\u0131l i\u00e7inde derslerinin en az y\u00fczde 20'sini harmanlanm\u0131\u015f olarak vermeyi planlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Ottowa \u00dcniversitesi, 2013). \u0130ngiliz Kolombiya \u00dcniversitesi ise <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u><a href=\"http:\/\/flexible-learning2015.sites.olt.ubc.ca\/files\/2015\/04\/fl_strategy_september_2014.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazla oldu\u011fu birinci ve ikinci y\u0131l derslerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu harmanlanm\u0131\u015f s\u0131n\u0131flarda vermek \u00fczere yeniden tasarlamay\u0131 planlamaktad\u0131r<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">. Ayr\u0131ca, baz\u0131 e\u011fitmenler, \u00f6\u011frenme deneyimini temelden de\u011fi\u015ftirecek \u015fekillerde benzetimler, e\u011fitici veya ciddi oyunlar, art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve sanal ger\u00e7eklik gibi yeni teknolojiler kullanmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi dijital \u00f6\u011frenmenin artan \u00f6neminin bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\">1.7.3. A\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011frenme<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u00c7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenmeyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 giderek daha \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme, son 10 y\u0131lda geleneksel kurumlar \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan etkilenmeye ba\u015flayan 'a\u00e7\u0131k' e\u011fitime ge\u00e7me hareketidir. Bunlardan en do\u011frudan etkiye sahip olan a\u00e7\u0131k ders kitaplar\u0131d\u0131r. Tam da \u015fu anda okudu\u011funuz bu kitap gibi... A\u00e7\u0131k ders kitaplar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenciler (veya e\u011fitmenler) taraf\u0131ndan \u00fccretsiz olarak dijital formatta indirilebilen ve bu sayede \u00f6\u011frencilere ders kitaplar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli miktarda para tasarrufu sa\u011flayan dijital ders kitaplar\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Kanada\u2019da British Columbia, Alberta ve Saskatchewan eyaletleri, kendi \u00fcniversite ve y\u00fcksekokul programlar\u0131nda en \u00e7ok kay\u0131t yap\u0131lan 40 konu alan\u0131 i\u00e7in hakemli a\u00e7\u0131k ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimi ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 konusunda ortak i\u015f birli\u011fi anla\u015fmas\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">2018 itibariyle,British Columbia eyaletindeki neredeyse t\u00fcm orta\u00f6\u011fretim sonras\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 (y\u00fczde 90) en az bir a\u00e7\u0131k ders kitab\u0131 edinmi\u015ftir (Bates vd., 2018).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">A\u00e7\u0131k e\u011fitim kaynaklar\u0131 (AEK), son d\u00f6nemde a\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011fretim alan\u0131nda ya\u015fanan ba\u015fka bir geli\u015fmedir. \u0130nternet \u00fczerinden \u00fccretsiz olarak eri\u015filebilen bu dijital e\u011fitim materyalleri, \u00f6\u011frenciler veya e\u011fitmenler taraf\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir \u00fccret \u00f6denmeden indirilebilir ve gerekirse materyalin yarat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 koruma alt\u0131na alan bir Creative Commons lisans\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak uyarlanabilir veya de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilir. Belki de en iyi bilinen AEK kayna\u011f\u0131, Massachusettes Teknoloji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc'n\u00fcn (MIT) <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u><a href=\"http:\/\/ocw.mit.edu\/index.htm\"><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">A\u00e7\u0131k Ders Malzemeleri<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\"> (OpenCourseWare ) projesidir. MIT, derse giren \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinin bireysel izinlerini almak suretiyle, okulda verilen dersleri kaydetmi\u015f ve slayt gibi destekleyici materyaller ile internet \u00fczerinde eri\u015fime a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">A\u00e7\u0131k \u00f6\u011frenme alan\u0131ndaki <\/span><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar, Tema 11<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"tr-TR\">'de detayl\u0131 olarak incelenmektedir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"western\">1.7.4. KA\u00c7D'ler<\/h3>\n<p lang=\"en-CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Book Antiqua, serif;\"><span lang=\"tr-TR\">\u00c7evrim i\u00e7i \u00f6\u011frenme alan\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok di\u011fer \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme de Kitlesel A\u00e7\u0131k \u00c7evrim i\u00e7i Dersler\u2019in (KA\u00c7D) (Massive Open Online Courses-MOOC) ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fimi olmu\u015ftur. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Kanada'daki Manitoba \u00dcniversitesi 2.000 ki\u015finin kay\u0131t oldu\u011fu ilk KA\u00c7D'de, webinar sunumlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n blog ve tweetleri ile uzmanlar\u0131n bunlara kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k yazd\u0131klar\u0131 blog g\u00f6nderilerini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dersler herkese a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve formal bir de\u011ferlendirme yoktu. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda Stanford \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden iki akademisyen yapay zek\u00e2 konusunda ders anlat\u0131m videolar\u0131na dayal\u0131 bir KA\u00c7D ba\u015flatt\u0131lar ve 100.000\u2019den fazla \u00f6\u011frencinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131lar.
