Bunun gibi di\u011fer meyve ve sebzeler de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015febilmek i\u00e7in gereklidir ve bunlardan da yeterli miktarda yemelisin.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">\u2013 Peki babac\u0131\u011f\u0131m. Ispana\u011f\u0131n faydal\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilmiyordum. Bundan sonra \u0131spana\u011f\u0131 severek yiyece\u011fim.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">Annesi:<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">\u2013 Aferin. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmen i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn yiyeceklerden yeteri kadar yemelisin.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">B\u00fcy\u00fcmek ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in v\u00fccudumuza gerekli olan besin maddelerini yeterli ve dengeli t\u00fcketirsek bilin\u00e7li beslenmi\u015f oluruz. Sabah kahvalt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6\u011fle ve ak\u015fam yemeklerini zaman\u0131nda yemeli ve \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn atlama-mal\u0131y\u0131z. \u00d6rne\u011fin kahvalt\u0131 yapmadan okula gelirsek dersi iyi dinleyemeyiz, dikkatimiz da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r ve oyun oynarken \u00e7abuk yoruluruz.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">Diyabet, \u00e7\u00f6lyak, obezite ve besin alerjisi gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 olanlar beslenmelerine \u00e7ok daha fazla dikkat etmelidirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin diyabet sorunlar\u0131 olanlar \u015fekerli besinleri, \u00e7\u00f6lyak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanlar ise tah\u0131l i\u00e7eren besinleri dikkatli t\u00fcketmelidir.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"import-Normal\">Yiyecekleri israf etmemeliyiz.
